Hyatt Regency Times Square

Erhan I had an amazing experience at the hotel bar thanks to the bartender. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The drinks were crafted perfectly — balanced, creative, and served quickly even during a busy time. What really stood out was their friendly personality and ability to make guests feel comfortable and valued. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great service. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I stayed here with my organization for a couple conference near by. The rooms were so nice, comfortable, and clean. Overall I loved the aesthetic of the whole place! The hotel was in such a prime location, so everything was really convenient. The employees were also so kind, especially Victoria at the front desk. 10/10

We arrived on the 18th to be greeted by the lovely Victoria on reception. She gave us a free upgrade to our delight. The hotel is immaculate. The best location as a 2 minute walk from Times Square. We were on the 42nd Floor and our view was spectacular. We were then stranded in NY for 4 more nights due to the blizzard, and staff kept us on the same room, and even found us cheaper rates on trip advisor. Breakfast was basic but we enjoyrd the Bagels and pancakes. Really great hotel and will be back.

Not only was the location absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Manhattan, but the service was also incredible. The hotel is clean, modern, and beautiful! It truly feels brand new after the renovation completed last year. But what really made our stay such a success was the staff. Rhoda, Erika, Evelyn, and Carlos delivered on every level and took exceptionally good care of us. From check-in to check-out — and especially the service from Carlos at the bar — everything was outstanding. As great as the hotel itself is, it was the people who truly made our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

The rooms are a little dated but I guess that’s to be expected. It was about $2100 for 6 nights which was expensive compared to staying at the Hotel Edison for the same amount of time for $1500 and they also had free breakfast. The Hyatt does not however they do have breakfast that you can pay for at the bar. The bar area is very nice. We arrived at the hotel very late the first night (2:15am) and the computers were down so we didn’t officially check in until hours later. The two queen beds room was quite small. There were 3 of us and there was not enough drawer or closet space for all of us. There was a big spill stain on the wall and there was SO much hair left in the shower and in the floor of the bathroom. We informed Victoria at the front desk the next morning and she was WONDERFUL!! She offered us a new room on a higher floor which we absolutely LOVED! She took her time with us and we greatly appreciated the accommodation. We were moved to a two queen bed corner room with a view of New Jersey and it was the best! So much more room and closet and drawer space. Victoria is just wonderful! We so appreciate her assistance! We wouldn’t mind staying here again when we next come to New York. This room is right in Times Square near Broadway shows and many restaurants and stores.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Erhan at Cue 48 Bar inside the Hyatt Regency Times Square delivered an outstanding experience. He makes truly excellent drinks—well balanced, creative, and clearly crafted with a high level of skill and care. Every cocktail was impressive and easily among the best I’ve had in the area. Beyond the drinks, Erhan made the experience even better with great conversation and a genuinely welcoming attitude. He has a natural way of connecting with guests and making you feel comfortable and valued from the moment you sit down. He also provided fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants, bars, and things to do around Times Square, which were extremely helpful and spot-on. If you’re staying at the Hyatt or visiting the area, I highly recommend stopping by Cue 48.

Everything about this hotel was phenomenal. First off, it’s in an amazing location, right next to Times Square. It is clean, updated, modern. The beds and pillows are so comfy. New, nice TV. Beautiful views of the city. All of the staff and security went above and beyond. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here for a solo trip on 2/28 to see Hadestown at Walter Kerr right next door. Perfect location, perfect room, perfect view. Front desk even let me check in super early! The staff I interacted with was super friendly. When I entered, there was staff to direct me to the check in desk. Super fast elevator with a key card required to go up to any floor. Lovely all around!! I recommend this place to my friends going to NYC, and will definitely book again for my next trip for another Broadway show!!
